My Garage Tycoon ("the App") is developed by M8RTx ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes and how.

The App shows ads using Google AdMob (interstitial and rewarded video ads). To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process:
This data is used for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes by Google and its advertising partners. See Google's own privacy policy for details on how Google handles this data: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Where required (e.g. in the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland), the App shows a consent message before loading any advertising SDK, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can review or change your consent and ad personalization choices at any time from Settings → Privacy Options inside the App.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g. unlocking a technician, removing forced ads, a starter pack) processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled directly by Google Play. Purchase records (product ID, purchase token, purchase state) are used only to unlock the corresponding content and to prevent duplicate rewards.
Gameplay progress (money, upgrades, inventory, purchase-unlock flags) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own remote servers and do not collect or store this data outside your device, other than what Google AdMob and Google Play Billing process as described above.
Local gameplay data persists until you clear the App's data/storage or uninstall the App. Data processed by Google AdMob and Google Play Billing is retained and deleted according to Google's own policies, linked above. To request deletion of any data associated with your Google account (advertising ID, purchase history), use your Google Account privacy controls or contact us at the email above.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
